ScriptTokenDialog Constructor
Initializes the Script Token Dialog. Called during construction.
Parameters

The existing token object that is going to be loaded.

A flag used to indicate if the current caller is a system administrator.

A flag used to indicate if the current caller is a tenant administrator.
